Summary

to develop a female football team in the borough of Lambeth for females aged 16+. Coaches will inspire the players from the team to develop into football coaches; they will inspire them by delivering enjoyable and interesting football sessions. They can become coaches by going on relevant courses. The players that qualify as coaches will be able to coach youth teams. Through the development of female football coaches I aim to inspire the initiation of more young females playing football, as the qualified female coaches can then go on to inspire future young females to get involved in the sport.
