Summary
I am a member of the Muslim community in Norwich. There is growing problem in our community where a group of boys, who initially came together to make music, are now being falsely labelled as a criminal gang.
Due to this false impression of the group there is now a real intensity between them, the Police and the wider community which has caused needless problems for our community as a whole.
We want to solve this problem before it's too late. By using positive music and media we aim to improve relationships, challenge stereotypes and bring the community back together.

Hi
I am an industry experienced Producer (11years) and fully support this scheme from Norwich as it is vibrant and fresh. If i was approached in my workplace i would approve funding/pilot this scheme due to it being a dynamic opportunity to form better relations between police and different cultures. At a time of rising Racism it is well needed.
it tick all the boxes needed for prototype funding.
kind regards,

Well done Luqman, you show the initiative, which should be being taken by others with direct responsibility for this. I support what you are doing and believe in what you are trying to achieve. It is the right thing to do and you are doing it in the right way by getting people involved from alll different backgrounds the chance of success is increased. Community leadership, which like this, comes from people who really make a practical and meaningful approach to solving a problem - brings the

Well done Luqman, for bring out isues that concern the community as a whole, into a devate that make as think, if we are doing enough to channge or challenge then. If we all take a minute of our time to analyse what is going on in our communities and try to have a better understanding of others people custumens and cultural backgrounds. We will have a happier communities leaving together in harmony.

I think it is important that young people are given the opportunities to express themselves in various forms. I think this project could bridge a vital gap within different communities in helping them understand that just because something is different it is not threatening

I am voting my support for Luqman Heron. This project may be the only tool available to Luqman and his friends that could overcome the cultural and racial barriers they are facing, and at the same time give them a sense of belonging and purpose in their lives. Music is a great communicator which can send the right messages out to the community. Luqman has a tough task here, but it seems that there is a strong motivator beyond just creating entertainment.
