1. What does this privacy policy cover?
   This Privacy Policy covers Big Challenge and UnLtd's treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on the website or when you use our services.
2. Information Collection and Use
   

   The Big Challenge website collects personally identifiable information when you submit an application. When you apply to Big Challenge, we ask for your name, e-mail address, address and phone number as well as other information. Once you submit an application to Big Challenge you are not anonymous to us.

   Big Challenge and UnLtd use this information for three general purposes: to contact you for further information about your application in the shortlisting process, to put your details into a central payments database if you are one of the winners and to continue communication in the future if you are successful.

   Once you submit an application to Big Challenge, your name, age and town/city that you live in and your project synopsis will be shown on the website. We approve this information before it is shown on the site and any inappropriate information will not be shown in the public domain.

   The public are able to post comments about project applications that appear on the site. We approve all comments before they are shown on the site and again any inappropriate information will not be shown in the public domain.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
   

   Big Challenge will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

   Big Challenge will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

   • We have your consent to share the information
   • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested
   • We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process
4. Changes to this Privacy Policy
   

   Big Challenge may amend this policy from time to time. If we do so all changes will notified on this page.

5. Data Protection
   Big Challenge and UnLtd comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, including all UK amending legislation and EU directives. Pursuant to the Act, you have the right to be informed of and to have access to all of the personally identifiable information we hold about you. How we use your data is outlined in this Privacy Policy.
6. Children Under Age 16
   

   Big Challenge and UnLtd do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to apply. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to apply to Big Challenge or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
